The Holō Collective's Nurtury Yoga classes are designed to help parent/caregiver and their baby connect emotionally and physically through the practice of yoga.  Unlike the kinds of yoga you might have practiced on your own, doing yoga with your baby is quite different.  Through our Nurtury Yoga classes, our instructors incorporate variations where you can choose to include your baby and be present, while creating a fun and welcoming environment to connect and build community.
