Taylor Cisneros has been practicing yoga for the last eight years, and in 2020 became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. Taylor teaches vinyasa and restorative style classes. He likes to create fun and creative, yet, stimulating flows.
Taylor is extremely passionate about the holistic approach to yoga. Four years ago, yoga had become a major outlet for him. Taylor's practice allowed him to better cope with anxiety and depression on his recovery journey from substance abuse. He hopes that his love for yoga resonates through his teaching to everyone who is willing to try.
Off the mat, Taylor likes art, music, and nature. With a very active lifestyle, Taylor loves adventure and exploring new things. He is an energetic soul that likes to connect with others, and can’t wait to share his passion and knowledge with his students.
