My name is Mar’Lyn and I am happy to share the practice of Yoga both on and off of the mat. I am mom to 10 beautiful human beings while working as an HR Administrator for over 20 years at a Wastewater Treatment Facility. I enjoy an active lifestyle filled with hiking, boxing, powerlifting, dancing, and running. My yoga practice is ever evolving and is truly the thread woven into all that I am becoming.
My commitment to teach was inspired by my teachers at The Holō Collective. The amount of gentle support and sound guidance I experienced in class created a desire within me to share this gift with others. I completed my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, and soon after I began my teaching journey as a volunteer teacher for an inner-city nonprofit organization.
I take an explorative and deeply personal approach to my practice, and I encourage my class to do the same. Through yoga we will grow together, while gaining a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.
