  • This yoga studio feels like home. The instructors are welcoming and accommodating. The yin and restorative classes are fantastic for deep stretching and meditation. The kundalini classes are hard but rewarding. I spent a long time looking for a studio within a reasonable distance that has multiple types of classes. I never dreamt I'd find it in my hometown. I genuinely love this place and highly recommend it!

  • Such an amazing studio with such a Wonderful community to connect with in such a welcoming space & atmosphere!   • This is a wonderful place for a meditation/mindful yoga practice. Of course there's always a challenge if you so choose to do so, but I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable all the teachers are. The other attendees are always welcoming and positive too. I highly recommend it. Local parking is nearby which is always a plus, and the yoga studio is serene with plenty of supplies for the practice

  • I absolutely LOVE Holō! I have tried lots of classes and studios over decades, but I’ve never felt at home like I do here. I’ve taken almost all of the classes with almost all of the instructors over the last year, and they are all unique, but fabulous. Regardless of your level, instructors make their classes accessible. It’s a wonderful community. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
