Roxanne is a RYT-200 who has been actively practicing yoga for eight years.
Like many people, she had turned to yoga to help her process stress in work and life. In 2019, she completed her 200-hour YTT and has enjoyed teaching classes of all levels since.
Her teaching focus is combining alignment with breath to guide an intentional flow. She strongly encourages breathwork practice through flow because it allows for mental and physical release, as well as pushing through strong flows. However, her ultimate focus is reminding everyone to smile, enjoy their practice, and be grateful for the movement they made time for that day.
A few of Roxanne’s top interests outside of yoga are spending time in nature, cooking, aerial arts, strength training, and traveling.
