Dr. Tinh Tran is a physician and certified meditation teacher. Working in a high stress environment for thirty years, Tinh has seen how much stress and burnout could damage a person's life. Although familiar with the concept and practice of meditation for many years, Tinh was never a serious learner or practitioner until one day he came across a statistical information about how high suicidal incidents occurred in medical doctors.

Since then Tinh learned, researched, practiced, and trained in meditation to help himself and people around him. He was happy to have found The Holō Collective - Yoga Studio where he could share his meditation experiences with others.
