How do I sign up for a class?

At this time, we ask all students to sign up ahead of time via the Mindbody app, ClassPass. or email us so we can reserve your space for class. The "Book Me!" feature (or "Sign Me Up!" for events) are powered by Mindbody.


The Holō Collective currently has a max capacity of 10 students per class. Signing up online allows students to take care of payment in advance so when you arrive you can focus on getting settled on your mat. Walk-ins are welcome, space permitting.

What's your payment & cancellation policy?

All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our studio guidelines so that everyone can have an enjoyable practice and still sustain our sense of community at HOLŌ. We ask all students to sign up for classes and events ahead of time via Mindbody, ClassPass, or email us so we can reserve your space. By attending class, you are agreeing to all of our guidelines and policies.


Updated Class Cancellation Policy (as of Monday, May 16, 2022):

  • Class credits, memberships and absence from classes are non-refundable.

  • We have a 3-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 3-hours prior to your class.


Late cancellation penalty:

  • For limited class credit holders (drop-ins, class packs), late cancellation that occurs after the 3-hour class cancellation policy will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), late cancellation will result in a $5 fee.


No-show penalty:

  • For limited class credit holders (drop-ins, class packs), no shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), no show without notice will result in a $10 fee.


If you are not able to attend class for whatever reason, we kindly request that you cancel your reservation by the Class Cancellation policy window (3-hours prior to class start). This grants other students the ability to reserve a spot due to limited space and give respect for others' time. You can cancel your reservation(s) by logging back into your Mindbody or ClassPass account with The Holō Collective, then navigate to your schedule in the app/browser and select the class(es) you need to cancel.



Events sales and retail purchases made are final. It takes a lot to curate events that provide a personalized experience. In addition, the limited spaces for our events mean that a purchased reservation can prevent others from possibly attending, particularly for sold-out events. Retail items may have limited in-studio quantity and sizes. Thus, your purchase restrict others from viewing and purchasing for their own purpose. Non-use of services or retail are not grounds for a refund or credit. The Holō Collective reserve the right to make accommodations in some instances, per our discretion.

Retreats booking Terms & Cancellation Policies vary depending on the individual retreat. Retreat bookings are powered by WeTravel, and managed by The Holō Collective hosts. Each Term & Cancellation Policy can be reviewed directly on the Retreats tab, and navigating to the specific Retreat of interest.

Can I still attend class if I'm late?

We understand that yoga and wellness classes and/or events may not be the only thing our students have planned for the day. At The Holō Collective, we believe in starting on time and ending on time. We also understand that life happens. Thus, we will do our best to provide a few minutes grace period after class begins before locking our doors, and recommend all students strive to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get parked, checked-in, and situated for class.

What helps our staff better serve you and your practice would be to sign up for the class online in advance. That way, our team can expect your arrival and be able to save some extra time before locking the doors. For example, if you plan to walk-in but you are running late, our team will not know and assume everyone we expect for class has arrived and might begin without you.

How should I prepare for class?

Sign up online and arrive a few minutes before class to get situated! Our studio provides filtered water at our Hydration Station, or you can bring your own water to stay hydrated.

We provide props including yoga blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, cork balls, etc. However, we recommend you bring your own yoga mat and a mat towel. Although we have standard mats and sweat towels that we can share with students, they are on a "first come, first serve" basis and may not always be guaranteed. We may have higher performance mats available for rent if you prefer to elevate your practice. You may want to purchase your own mat for reasons of personal hygiene and regularity of practice.

We recommend wearing athletic clothing where our yoga teachers can have a good idea of your body alignment and, at the same time, is comfortable for your to move in. We recommend fast-drying fabric and clothing that do not restrict your movement.

This is my first time doing yoga, what classes do you recommend?

It's a good idea to try different classes to get an idea of the style of yoga and teachers that is right for you. Our studio provides a range of classes including Power Flows, Vinyasa, HIIT, and inversion workshops that tend to be more physically demanding, while Joyful (Gentle) Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Bath classes are typically less physically challenging. All of our classes, events, workshops hosted at The Holō Collective will have a description.


Regardless of where you are on your yoga and wellness journey, our teachers always aim to provide modifications for all levels.


Be sure to read each class description to ensure you inspect what you expect and have an exceptional experience.

Can I still practice if I have an active or previous injury(ies)?

It's always a good idea to talk to your yoga teacher before practice about any existing or previous physical conditions, and concerns you might have about them. Yoga benefits many people with chronic pain by helping the body regain balance between strength, flexibility, movement, and mindfulness. This allows our teachers to provide any modifications throughout class for your safety.

Can I still do yoga if I'm pregnant?

Yoga can be very beneficial pre-and-post-natal. With that being said, make sure to let your yoga teacher know you are expecting so that we can provide modifications for poses and postures that avoid twisting, inversions, intense breathwork (pranayama), abdominal strengthening poses, and lying on your belly or back. Remember, balancing poses may get tougher as you progress in your pregnancy so use the wall or blocks to support your balance and create stability.


Make sure to drink plenty of water and take "bio-breaks" whenever needed.

Do you have parking?

Yes! We have 2-hour free parking on premise. Although our studio's entrance is located on West 6th Street, the entrance to our main parking structure will be behind us on West 7th Street. Follow the "Retail Public Parking" signs and ensure you are parked in one of the "2 Hours Public Parking" spots as these spots are specific for retail clients of Centre Street Lofts only.

All other spots are not available to our studio, and parking in another spot with restricted or reserved signs may result in unwanted tow-away at the car-owner's expense.

What is your privacy policy?

The Holō Collective is a space for all shapes and sizes, abilities and experience levels, genders and races. We aim to create a safe space for all in attendance and practice non-judgement at all times. Please always let us know if you have any issues or concerns.

Information You Provide to Us

You can browse our website without providing any personal information to us. The Holō Collective may gather and/or retain personal information about you when you voluntarily submit it to us and automatically collects statistical information about visitors’ use of our website and client management platforms (Mindbody, ClassPass, etc.). Information that you submit may be linked with statistical information about your access to and use of theholocollective.com and/or any integrated platforms we make available for reservations, email, marketing, and other inquiries.


Inquiries and Forms

If you choose to complete and submit a form or otherwise provide information through our website when you make an inquiry, including but not limited to the “Contact Us” page, by phone, chat, or email, we may collect and retain the Personal Information you provide, including your name, postal or email address, contact information and any other data you submit.


Social Networking Activities

The Holō Collective includes the ability for you and other users to link to social networking websites. As a result, we receive information about you when you choose to post or otherwise share information about The Holō Collective on said social networking platforms. We may also receive personal information about you from your social networking account depending on your privacy setting for that account; this may include name, profile picture, age range, gender, language, country and other public information. You can control this by adjusting your privacy setting on your social network account.
